This is a good book if you will own more than a few BBQ cookbooks. The book was very helpfull to me when I built my own smoker. The book is written by a guy who really knows his stuff, just wish the book was longer. It is very small for one of the more expensive books.

I use this book every time I cook BBQ - C. Hatcher - Buffalo. NY
I took Billy's class last summer. Everything from the class is in the book. Everytime I BBQ I pull this book out. He shares all his secrets! A fun read and great BBQ recipes. BTW Billy the brisket chili recipe is awesome.
